SleepEase – Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
1. When will I receive my order?
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After processing, standard shipping takes 6–13 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free tracked shipping on all orders — no minimum required.
3. How can I track my order?
You can track your order anytime by visiting our Track My Order page and entering your tracking number from your shipping confirmation email.
4. I haven't received a tracking number. What should I do?
Tracking numbers are sent to your email within 1–3 business days after your order is processed. If you haven’t received one after 5 days, please contact us at info@sleepease.net.
5. Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can only be canceled or changed within 12 hours of placing them. After that, the fulfillment process begins and we’re unable to make changes.
6. What is your return policy?
We offer free returns within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original packaging. To start a return, email us at info@sleepease.net.
7. What if my item arrives damaged or is incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we’ll make it right.
8. Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship to the United States. We may expand to international shipping in the future.
